Romans 8

Settings

8:1There is now then no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. Compare
8:2For the law of the Spirit of life has freed me in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and of death. Compare
8:3For that which the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God, sending His own Son in the likeness of the flesh of sin and concerning sin, condemned sin in the flesh, Compare
8:4That the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the spirit. Compare
8:5For those who are according to the flesh mind the things of the flesh; but those who are according to the spirit, the things of the Spirit. Compare
8:6For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the spirit is life and peace. Compare
8:7Because the mind set on the flesh is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, for neither can it be. Compare
8:8And those who are in the flesh cannot please God. Compare
8:9But you are not in the flesh, but in the spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Yet if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not of Him. Compare
8:10But if Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, the spirit is life because of righteousness. Compare
8:11And if the Spirit of the One who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who indwells you. Compare
8:12So then, brothers, we are debtors not to the flesh to live according to the flesh; Compare
8:13For if you live according to the flesh, you must die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the practices of the body, you will live. Compare
