Nehemiah 11 ~ 12

11:1And the rulers of the people dwelt in Jerusalem, and the rest of the people cast lots in order to bring one in ten to dwell in Jerusalem, the holy city, while nine-tenths remained in the other cities. Compare
11:2And the people blessed all the men who offered themselves willingly to dwell in Jerusalem. Compare
11:3Now these are the heads of the province who dwelt in Jerusalem (but in the cities of Judah all dwelt in their possession in their cities, that is, Israel, the priests, and the Levites, and the temple servants, and the children of Solomon's servants): Compare
11:4And in Jerusalem some of the children of Judah and some of the children of Benjamin dwelt. Of the children of Judah: Athaiah the son of Uzziah, the son of Zechariah, the son of Amariah, the son of Shephatiah, the son of Mahalalel, of the children of Perez; Compare
11:5And Maaseiah the son of Baruch, the son of Col-hozeh, the son of Hazaiah, the son of Adaiah, the son of Joiarib, the son of Zechariah, the son of the Shilonite. Compare
11:6All the sons of Perez who dwelt in Jerusalem were four hundred sixty-eight valiant men. Compare
11:7And these are the sons of Benjamin: Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Joed, the son of Pedaiah, the son of Kolaiah, the son of Maaseiah, the son of Ithiel, the son of Jeshaiah; Compare
11:8And after him Gabbai and Sallai: nine hundred twenty-eight. Compare
11:9And Joel the son of Zichri was their overseer; and Judah the son of Hassenuah was second over the city. Compare
11:10Of the priests: Jedaiah the son of Joiarib, Jachin, Compare
11:11Seraiah the son of Hilkiah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Meraioth, the son of Ahitub, the ruler of the house of God, Compare
11:12And their brothers who did the work of the house, eight hundred twenty-two; and Adaiah the son of Jeroham, the son of Pelaliah, the son of Amzi, the son of Zechariah, the son of Pashhur, the son of Malchijah, Compare
11:13And his brothers, heads of fathers' houses, two hundred forty-two; and Amashsai the son of Azarel, the son of Ahzai, the son of Meshillemoth, the son of Immer, Compare
11:14And their brothers, mighty men of valor, one hundred twenty-eight; and their overseer was Zabdiel the son of Haggedolim. Compare
11:15And of the Levites: Shemaiah the son of Hasshub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Bunni; Compare
11:16And Shabbethai and Jozabad, of the heads of the Levites, who were over the outside work of the house of God; Compare
11:17And Mattaniah the son of Mica, the son of Zabdi, the son of Asaph, who was the first to begin the thanksgiving in prayer, with Bakbukiah, the second among his brothers; and Abda the son of Shammua, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun. Compare
11:18All the Levites in the holy city were two hundred eighty-four. Compare
11:19And the gatekeepers, Akkub, Talmon, and their brothers, who kept watch at the gates, were one hundred seventy-two. Compare
11:20And the rest of Israel, the priests and the Levites, were in all the cities of Judah, every one in his own inheritance. Compare
11:21But the temple servants dwelt on the Ophel. And Ziha and Gishpa were over the temple servants. Compare
11:22And the overseer of the Levites at Jerusalem was Uzzi the son of Bani, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Mica, of the sons of Asaph, the singers, for the work of the house of God. Compare
11:23For there was a commandment from the king concerning them and fixed provisions for the singers, as each day required. Compare
11:24And Pethahiah the son of Meshezabel, of the children of Zerah the son of Judah, was at the king's hand in all matters concerning the people. Compare
11:25And as for the villages, with their fields, some of the children of Judah dwelt in Kiriath-arba and its villages, and in Dibon and its villages, and in Jekabzeel and its outlying villages, Compare
11:26And in Jeshua, and in Moladah, and Beth-pelet, Compare
11:27And in Hazar-shual, and in Beer-sheba and its villages, Compare
11:28And in Ziklag, and in Meconah and in its villages, Compare
11:29And in En-rimmon, and in Zorah, and in Jarmuth, Compare
11:30Zanoah, Adullam, and their villages, Lachish and its fields, Azekah and its villages. So they encamped from Beer-sheba as far as the valley of Hinnom. Compare
11:31And the children of Benjamin dwelt from Geba onward, at Michmash and Aija, and at Beth-el and its villages, Compare
11:32At Anathoth, Nob, Ananiah, Compare
11:33Hazor, Ramah, Gittaim, Compare
11:34Hadid, Zeboim, Neballat, Compare
11:35Lod, and Ono, the valley of craftsmen. Compare
11:36And certain courses of the Levites in Judah were joined to Benjamin. Compare
12:1Now these are the priests and the Levites who went up with Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel and Jeshua: Seraiah, Jeremiah, Ezra, Compare
12:2Amariah, Malluch, Hattush, Compare
12:3Shecaniah, Rehum, Meremoth, Compare
12:4Iddo, Ginnethoi, Abijah, Compare
12:5Mijamin, Maadiah, Bilgah, Compare
12:6Shemaiah, and Joiarib, Jedaiah. Compare
12:7Sallu, Amok, Hilkiah, Jedaiah. These were the heads of the priests and of their brothers in the days of Jeshua. Compare
12:8And the Levites: Jeshua, Binnui, Kadmiel, Sherebiah, Judah, and Mattaniah, who was over the thanksgiving, he and his brothers. Compare
12:9And Bakbukiah and Unno, their brothers, were opposite them, by their service groups. Compare
12:10And Jeshua begot Joiakim, and Joiakim begot Eliashib, and Eliashib begot Joiada, Compare
12:11And Joiada begot Jonathan, and Jonathan begot Jaddua. Compare
12:12And in the days of Joiakim, the priests, the heads of fathers' houses, were: of Seraiah, Meraiah; of Jeremiah, Hananiah; Compare
12:13Of Ezra, Meshullam; of Amariah, Jehohanan; Compare
12:14Of Malluchi, Jonathan; of Shebaniah, Joseph; Compare
12:15Of Harim, Adna; of Meraioth, Helkai; Compare
12:16Of Iddo, Zechariah; of Ginnethon, Meshullam; Compare
12:17Of Abijah, Zichri; of Miniamin, of Moadiah, Piltai; Compare
12:18Of Bilgah, Shammua; of Shemaiah, Jehonathan; Compare
12:19And of Joiarib, Mattenai; of Jedaiah, Uzzi; Compare
12:20Of Sallai, Kallai; of Amok, Eber; Compare
12:21Of Hilkiah, Hashabiah; of Jedaiah, Nethanel. Compare
12:22As for the Levites, in the days of Eliashib, Joiada, and Johanan and Jaddua, the heads of fathers' houses were recorded, as well as the priests, in the reign of Darius the Persian. Compare
12:23The sons of Levi, the heads of fathers' houses, were written in the book of the chronicles until the days of Johanan the son of Eliashib. Compare
12:24And the heads of the Levites: Hashabiah, Sherebiah, and Jeshua the son of Kadmiel, with their brothers opposite them, to praise and give thanks, according to the commandment of David the man of God, service group next to service group. Compare
12:25Mattaniah and Bakbukiah, Obadiah, Meshullam, Talmon, Akkub were gatekeepers keeping the watch at the storehouses of the gates. Compare
12:26These were in the days of Joiakim the son of Jeshua, the son of Jozadak, and in the days of Nehemiah the governor and of Ezra the priest, the scribe. Compare
