Psalms 50 ~ 52

50:1The Mighty One, God Jehovah, / Speaks and summons the earth / From the rising of the sun to its setting. Compare
50:2Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, / God shines forth. Compare
50:3Our God has come and will not be silent; / Fire devours before Him, / And around Him it is exceedingly tempestuous. Compare
50:4He calls to the heavens above, / And to the earth that He may judge His people: Compare
50:5Gather My saints to Me, / Those who have made a covenant with Me by sacrifice. Compare
50:6Then the heavens declare His righteousness, / For God Himself is Judge. Selah. Compare
50:7Hear, O My people, and I will speak; / O Israel, and I will testify against you: / I am God, your God. Compare
50:8I will not reprove you because of your sacrifices, / And your burnt offerings are before Me continually. Compare
50:9I will not take a bull from your house / Nor goats from your folds, Compare
50:10For every animal of the forest is Mine, / The cattle upon a thousand hills. Compare
50:11I know every bird of the mountains, / And I am aware of everything that moves in the field. Compare
50:12If I were hungry, I would not tell you; / For the world is Mine and the fullness thereof. Compare
50:13Shall I eat the flesh of bulls / Or drink the blood of goats? Compare
50:14Offer to God a sacrifice of thanksgiving, / And repay your vows to the Most High; Compare
50:15And call upon Me in the day of trouble: / I will deliver you, and you will glorify Me. Compare
50:16But to the wicked God says, / What right do you have to declare My statutes / And take up My covenant in your mouth, Compare
50:17Seeing that you hate correction / And cast My words behind you? Compare
50:18When you see a thief, you take pleasure in him; / And your portion is with adulterers. Compare
50:19You let your mouth loose for evil, / And your tongue frames deceit. Compare
50:20You sit and speak against your brother; / You defame the son of your mother. Compare
50:21These things you do, and I keep silent; / You think that I am altogether like you. / I will rebuke you and set forth the matter in order before your eyes. Compare
50:22Consider this then, you who forget God, / Lest I tear you apart and there be none to deliver you. Compare
50:23Whoever offers a sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifies Me; / And to him who sets his way right I will show the salvation of God. Compare

51:1Be gracious to me, O God, according to Your lovingkindness; / According to the greatness of Your compassions blot out my transgressions. Compare
51:2Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, / And from my sin cleanse me. Compare
51:3For I do know my transgressions, / And my sin is before me continually. Compare
51:4Against You and You alone have I sinned, / And I have done what is evil in Your sight. / Therefore You are righteous when You speak; / You are clear when You judge. Compare
51:5Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, / And in sin did my mother conceive me. Compare
51:6Behold, You delight in truth in the inward parts; / And in the hidden part You would make known wisdom to me. Compare
51:7Purge my sin with hyssop, and I will be clean; / Wash me, and I will be whiter than snow. Compare
51:8Let me hear gladness and joy, / That the bones which You have broken may exult. Compare
51:9Hide Your face from my sins, / And blot out all my iniquities. Compare
51:10Create in me a clean heart, O God, / And renew a steadfast spirit within me. Compare
51:11Do not cast me from Your presence, / And do not take the Spirit of Your holiness away from me. Compare
51:12Restore to me the gladness of Your salvation, / And sustain me with a willing spirit. Compare
51:13I will teach transgressors Your ways, / And sinners will turn back to You. Compare
51:14Deliver me from the guilt of bloodshed, O God, O God of my salvation; / And my tongue will ring forth Your righteousness. Compare
51:15O Lord, open my lips, / And my mouth will declare Your praise. Compare
51:16For You do not delight in sacrifice; / Otherwise I would offer it; / You take no pleasure in burnt offerings. Compare
51:17The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; / A broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise. Compare
51:18Do good in Your good pleasure unto Zion; / Build the walls of Jerusalem. Compare
51:19Then You will delight in the sacrifices of righteousness, / In burnt offerings and whole burnt offerings; / Then they will offer bulls upon Your altar. Compare

52:1Why do you boast in evil, O mighty one? / God's lovingkindness endures continually. Compare
52:2Your tongue devises destruction; / It is like a sharpened razor, O worker of deceit. Compare
52:3You have loved evil rather than good, / Falsehood rather than speaking righteousness. Selah. Compare
52:4You have loved all the devouring words, / O deceitful tongue. Compare
52:5God will likewise break you down forever; / He will take you and pluck you up from your tent, / And uproot you from the land of the living. Selah. Compare
52:6And the righteous will see it and fear, / And they will laugh at him, saying, Compare
52:7Behold, this is that mighty man / Who did not make God his strength, / But trusted in the multitude of his riches / And strengthened himself in his desire. Compare
52:8But I, like a flourishing olive tree / In the house of God, / Trust in God's lovingkindness / Forever and ever. Compare
52:9I will give You thanks forever, / For You have acted; / And I will hope in Your name in the presence of Your faithful ones, / For it is good. Compare
